Hey everyone, Anna here again. This is week four of Wednesday Writings, and
week three of my Senses series. Sorry
this post is a little late, I’ll be honest, I completely forgot.
Like the last two posts, I am going to give an example of
weak sentences without senses; this week is taste. After the example I will ask a few questions
about describing the nouns (people/place/thing). Then, I will rewrite the sentence before and add
a few adjectives to make the sentence more “advanced”.
Here’s the Example:
Georgia reached for the watermelon and took a bite.
Was the watermelon seedless?
Was it a bright red or darker?
Was it juicy? Was it soft or crunchy?
Now let’s see what I can do with adding a few adjectives.
Georgia reached for the bright watermelon and took a bite
into the juicy fruit.
Please leave a comment and a suggestion for next weeks
post. I will be doing the sense of
hearing. Otherwise I’m always open for suggestions.

You should do something with birds chirping :)
ReplyDeleteI like that idea, I'll think about that. Thanks.
